This one-day training program provides participants with a practical, hands-on introduction to ChatGPT and generative AI, focusing on how it can be effectively applied in everyday professional work. The course demystifies ChatGPT by explaining what it is, how it works at a practical level, and where it adds real business value.
Participants will move beyond theory to actively use ChatGPT through guided demonstrations, structured prompt-writing techniques, and real-world business scenarios.
